Spring Hockey Teams

Team Practices

Practices for the 2025 season will take place on Saturday/Sunday mornings at Eble Ice Arena, as well as Tuesday/Wednesday evenings at Wilson Park Ice Arena. Practices focus on developing players, and building skills, and include weekly full ice team practices and skills practices.

Practices begin the week of April 1 and end before our last tournament.

  • 2015 team: Sun 9:15 - 10:15am & Wed 5:30 - 6:45pm

  • U12 team (2014/2013): Sun 10:30 - 11:30am & Wed 7:00 - 8:15pm

  • 2013 team: Sun 11:45 - 12:45am & Wed 7:00 - 8:15pm

  • 2012 team: Sat 9:15 - 10:15am & Tue 5:30 - 6:45pm

  • 2011 team: Sat 10:30 - 11:30am & Tue 5:30 - 6:45pm

  • 2010 team: Sat 11:45 - 12:45pm & Tue 7:00 - 8:15pm

  • 2009 team: Sat 1:00 - 2:00pm & Tue 7:00 - 8:15pm

Teams at the 2012 and above birth years are considered Bantams. Practices for those birth years will include checking drills.

Goalie Practices

Goalie specific practices take place on Mondays from 7:15 - 8:15pm at Wilson Park Ice Arena from April 14 - May 19.

Goalie practice dates: April 14, April 21, April 28, May 5, May 12, May 19.

2025 Tournaments

Teams will participate in three tournaments during the 2025 spring season. Tournaments are planned for the following weekends:

  • 2015 Team: Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Windy City Classic (May 16-18), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

  • U12 Team (2014/2013): Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Battle on the Border (May 2-4), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

  • 2013 Team: Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Battle on the Border (May 2-4), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

  • 2012 Team: Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Cheese Cup (May 9-11), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

  • 2011 Team: Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Cheese Cup (May 9-11), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

  • 2010 Team: Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Windy City Classic (May 16-18), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

  • 2009 Team: Showdown in the Lou (April 11-13), Windy City Classic (May 16-18), Showdown in the Windy City (May 30 - June 1)

Team Fees

The planned team fees for the 2025 Spring season:

  • Skaters (all levels): $750 - $825

  • Goalies (all levels): $650 - $725

Ice fees, tournaments, reversible jerseys and hockey socks are included in team fees.
